i aint gonna read what you guys have said,im going of my own back here!i just think polish players these days have not got the heart and pride to be representing our country anymore,no passion what so ever.if i was on that field for polska i would be going for it 100%,these guys these days have no passion, commitment.the displays recentley have been gowno big time!!!some blame has to rest with binadupa but its out on he field of play where our so called heroes have failed.i for one who has been to many poland games over europe am seriously disolussioned with the team and whole set up,we can only get better please!!!!

Some good points there Ted especially about them not having any heart. I think that they play like that is becasue there is no competition like there used to be. The players who are called up know that that they are teh best we have and are probably not going to be replaced by anyone and lose their position on the squad.

That is a very good point, never thought of that and definetly is a reason for bad performances.

That's not true at all. Look at Boruc, once touted a saviour is being replaced with Kowalewski. Smolarek, once our leading scorer is not even a regular callup. There are few guys (if any, really) who I would consider fixtures on the team. Maybe Wasilewski before his injury and maybe Zewlakow, but other than that sometimes it just seems like a toss up at who is starting. I couldn't disagree more.

Well for a certain time they are generaly the same players. When Beenhalker was coach he did do some random stuff but majority of the time they we're teh same players being called up.

Maybe so but you were making it sound like they had guaranteed spots on the team which wasn't the case at all.

Less frustration, true. But it will still be a bit sad to watch the World Cup without a real team to cheer for. Maybe I'll cheer for the Slovaks, just because they are fellow Slavs and our neighbours, but then again, they beat us out in our group
I think Boniek was right when he said that Leo should have been sacked right after we finished last in our group at Euro 2008. Or at least after we lost to Slovakia the first time during qualifying for WC. We could have still been able to salvage something at that point. I mean, no offense to either Slovakia, Slovenia, or Northern Ireland, but that group was really weak. Probably the weakest in qualifying, and we finished second last? How many better chances will be get in the future?

I've been kind of thinking that maybe we have to get our priorities straight and that we just arn't that good of a team anymore.

Seems like Polish fans overreact a lot. I knew we were not good enough to really beat Germany when everyone thought we were, but I also know we are a lot better than most people think we are now. I mean really, if a couple of really bad goals don't happen Poland probably qualifies and no one is even having this debate.

That is a very true comment actually but I'm with Kamil on this one I think. If we did go play in SA we would probably die but it still would be nice to have a team there.

SA is more than half a year away, a lot of things can change in that time.

I don't think we would have been destroyed, we do have a pretty good team now, I think we would have done better than our a previous appearences in the WC, but I guess we can't find out.

well after the last world cup what polska could hve done or not done would not suprise me,im miffed that they are not there as its us,POLSKA but saying that if they played like recent performances then it would be embarassing to say the least.i just hope they get a few friendlies in now and start to rebuild a bit,not every place needs to be changed but changes will have to come, surely we have good up and coming players who are proud to wear the polish shirt and put in great displays hence putting themselves in the shop window for bigger european clubs to hopefully snap them up!
