He's born in Poland, but sadly, I think he's played for Canada, although I'm not sure though if it was an official international game.

He says he would play for Poland if they made it to the Elite division (they are normally in Division 1 which usually plays during the NHL season, so he wouldn't be able to join)...but he basically makes it clear Poland is not his first choice, that he would rather play for Canada.

There is no Polish pride left :(

Kind of a bummer but would he even be able to make the Canadian team if he decided to go down that path.
